If you have any queries re product colours/sizes please contact us as we do not offer exchanges or refunds. We will do our best to send you any info/photos to help. If you have any issues upon receiving your parcel please contact us via our Contact US page or emailing thesundayfolk@outlook.com - We cannot take responsibility for lost or stolen mail once it has left our care. We are unable to ship to PO boxes & rural may take longer to arrive. Depending on your location, delivery can take up to 3-5 business days, there may be some delays due to the current global disruption caused by Covid-19.

If you would like your order shipped overnight/express please email us to arrange a custom listing. An email will be sent to the email address provided with your tracking number once your order is dispatched.
