  • We only ship NZ wide
  • Our products are packaged & shipped in compostable courier bags that are earth friendly, we also try to re-use packaging that we have received where possible
  • We cannot take responsibility for lost or stolen mail once it has left our care.
  • We are unable to ship to PO boxes & rural may take longer to arrive
  • Orders will be dispatched within 72hrs of being placed.
  • Depending on your location delivery can take up to 3-5 business days, there may be some delays due to the current global disruption caused by Covid-19
  • If you have any issues upon receiving your parcel please contact us via our Contact US page or emailing thesundayfolk@outlook.com
  • If you have any queries re product colours/sizes please contact us as we do not offer exchanges or refunds. We will do our best to send you any info/photos to help.

SHIPPING

FLAT RATE $10 SHIPPING WITHIN NZ

Please note that our mail days are Monday, Wednesday & Friday. If you would like anything shipped overnight/express please email us to arrange a custom listing. An email will be sent to the email address provided with your tracking number once your order is dispatched.

If you are local to the Lakes District and would like to pick up your order please us the code PICKUP when checking out.
